Shipping 
The site www.ShopCinderellasSea.com, is constantly striving to serve the customers with the best quality customer service. The workers of www.ShopCinderellasSea.com constantly strive to ensure fast and efficient method of processing and shipping out orders. When orders are received during business hours, the workers at www.ShopCinderellasSea.com will try to get the order out the same day. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a minimum of two business days. For shipping rates and arrival times please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided.
Normal shipping pickup time is 4PM PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays for USPS. All orders received before 1PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the next day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on next business day. If there is an urgent matter with shipping please email us as soon as possible to sort them out. Once the shipment is made it is very difficult to the change it and there will also be extra charge added.

Payment

This site accepts most major credit cards through payment gateway of Square Reader, INC. We also accept money orders and checks. Please contact Cinderella's Sea to make special arrangements for payment other than credit card processing.

This site uses the Square payment company which is a very secure company and accepts most major credit cards. The site has set few added security option. For this reason all buyers are required to input the CVV/CCV (Card Verification Value / Card Code Verification). This is a 3 to 4 digit number on all major credit cards. Furthermore, the order will NOT be processed if the billing and shipping address does NOT match. Lastly, Square will NOT accept any international credit card.
*If you want to request for different billing and shipping address please fill out the form on the email it  over to us.
Shipping Address MUST be the address as it appears with the credit card company.

PayPal Payment
We do not accept paypal payment yet however we are in the process of considering adding this option.

SHIPPING TIME 

All Shipping charges are to be paid by the party receiving product from Cinderella's Sea®.  Shipping charges are not the responsibility of Cinderella's Sea®.

Cinderella's Sea®, LLC normally ships within 3-5 business days from receipt of order, sometimes sooner.  Rush services may be available, please contact us by email @cinderellassea.com.  We suggest you specify a specific ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

We cannot guarantee a specific arrival or performance by the carrier once a package leaves our facility.  We use the following shippers:

• United State Postal Service (USPS)
• Federal Express (FedEx)

Cinderella's Sea®, LLC gives you the choice of shipping carriers.  We at Cinderella's Sea® strive for you to receive your merchandise in an excellent state.  As with all parcel carriers, your shipment may be subject to normal transport handling. 

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS MAY ARRIVE IN MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE. 

The (non U.S.) international customer pays all international customs and any other fees that are incurred. 

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC will offer special shipping either flat rate, free or other promotional shipping on certain items in its inventory at various times. It is the discretion of Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC to decide on the shipping rates and/or the items that will qualify for said promotions.  Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC reserves the right to determine the date on which any promotion will begin and/or end.  Any promotion may begin and/or end unexpectedly and with or without notice. Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC may not be held liable for any mistake made on any of its promotions due to unintentional errors.  All promotional shipping charges will ONLY apply to the Continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
International shipping destinations will not be included in any promotions. It is the discretion of Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC to determine what shipping destinations will qualify for any promotional shipping. It is also up to Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC to determine what merchandise will qualify for special promotional shipping charges/rates.
Due to the nature of this business and the limited quantities of product in the Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC inventory, it is the discretion of Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC to determine the first order placed for said merchandise. Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC shall not be held liable for errors in the technical tracking and/or malfunction of any method of determination in this process. 

FOREIGN ORDERS

Remittance payable in U.S. funds in the form of money order or International VISA or Master Card will be accepted. Call or contact us through email on our site for more information regarding shipping/handling/packaging charges. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA. 



ORDERS

Any and all orders placed by an independent contractor or a Cinderella's Sea® authorized representative with a third party such as a boutique, indvidual or other entity with Cinderella's Sea® are NOT considered an agreed upon and/or binding agreement with Cinderella's Sea® UNTIL such proposed order is verified and approved by Cinderella's Sea® corporate, regardless if said order is submitted to Cinderella's Sea® with remuneration.  All proposed orders must be approved by Cinderella's Sea® prior to becoming agreed upon/ binding orders. Sale offers can not be combined with other discounts, coupons or promotional credit. Prior purchases excluded. Other restrictions may apply.



ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase/order placement and Cinderella’s Sea®, LLC will gladly credit your account for the cancelled merchandise. 

DISCREPANCIES 

It is the customer's responsibility to inform Cinderella's Sea® of any discrepancies found. If you encounter a problem with your shipment from Cinderella's Sea® please:

• Inspect packages before signing for them
• Have the driver report on obvious damages to the package
• Email Cinderella's Sea® [email protected] and report any damages or shortages
• File a claim with the carrier

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly give you an in-store credit provided the item is returned in the original condition within 5 business days from the delivered date.  Credit for returned items will be made upon receipt of returned goods which must be received by CS in "good order".  Internet orders must obtain a return claim prior to returning the item to CS.  We will however, not refund the shipping costs and insurance cost (if applicable). Items must be shipped with their original packaging and a copy of the invoice and/or receipt. Prior approval must be obtained from Cinderella's Sea prior to sending the item(s) back to us. Items purchased on the website may be returned within 10 days. Prior notice must be given to CS in the form of a return voucher and number.this is the (details*) as mentioned on our landing page. Purchases made at our showroom location are final sales. If an item is returned it must be unopened and include the original label. Returns must be Unworn, Unaltered and Unwashed with all tags still attached.  Items purchased at outside events such as shows, rodeos, fairs, etc. (included by not limited to) are final sales. No returns.

DAMAGES
Should an item be damaged or defective item, a claim must be made over email or in person. Including pictures of defect within the specified time abovementioned otherwise claim will not be honored. Any return not considered a damage will be returned at customer's own expense. Any return not considered a damage will not be honored. Any damage that occurred  due to customer's irresponsible behavior will not be considered damaged and claim will not be honored.  Any damage due to customer NOT FOLLOWING garment instructions per cleaning will not be honored. If the tag clearly states "DRY CLEAN ONLY" and it was washed in a washing machine or laundered or cleaned other than per label instructions, claim will not be honored.

NO REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be issued for damaged or return claims, only store credit will be issured. All discounted or on "SALE" items are FINAL SALES.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please email us at [email protected] and let us know you will be returning the item  as you must have a return authorization form . Any Cinderella's Sea® item returned without an authorization form will not be accepted. Returns are accepted with prior authorization only. All returns other than damaged or shipping errors may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Earrings are not returnable for hygienic reasons. Closeout and/or items bought through a Cinderella's Sea® promotional special may not be returned.  Custom Items may not be returned. All claims for damaged merchandise in transit are the responsibility of the freight carrier. 

Damaged or missing products claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt via email to us at ShopCinderellasSea.com 

After we receive your package our quality assurance team will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused and unaltered in any way. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for items damaged while shipping. Please do not write "Jewelry" or any other jewelry related words on the outside of the package that is to be returned. 

Orders less than $200.00, ship your package by USPS or FedEx (we suggest you insure it and send it registered). Orders more than $200.00, ship your package by USPS Registered Mail 

Returns

All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 5 business days of the delivered date. There will be a 30% stocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped. 

NOTE:

1. You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by email ONLY number within 5 business days of receipt before making a return: To request an RMA number please fill out the form completely and email it to us [email protected]. You can download the RMA form here. Please be sure to let us know in your email: (1) Which item you would like to return. (2) Why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip.

2. Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.

3. For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 30% restocking fee.

When returning the items please pack all items in one package box and have the following items inside the return box:

Cinderella's Sea®, LLC shall not be held liable for these actions or any other irresponsible action. 


In-store Promotions and Sales:
Sales or promotions may occur at any time, advertised or not. Sales may be inclusive of website or they may be independent. This will be determined by Cinderella's Sea (CS).   

Price Adjustment Policy:  For In Store Purchases ONLY
Should an in-store Sale occur and a customer has purchased an item (s) just prior to the sale, 72 hours or 3 business days , The customer  may have the opportunity to receive a price adjustment for items purchased. This is at the sole discretion of CS. Certain restrictions may apply.
The Customer must contact CS in writing to request the price adjustment. The price adjustment will be for the difference between the regular price of item purchased  and the sale price. No coupons or other discounts shall
be applied. 
A PRICE ADJUSTMENT REQUEST  MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OR 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE  PURCHASE IN QUESTION . 
Any Price adjustment will be for  STORE CREDIT ONLY .
